Rudy McClinon is a 1974 Graduate of Xavier University with a Bachelors of Science in Physical Education, Health and Science and a minor in Philosophy.Rudy was a professional football player with the Cincinnati Bengals for five years prior to relocating to Denver. He is a certified fitness trainer and the co-owner of R-U-A- Pro Fitness, LLC in Denver Colorado. Rudy stresses the importance of maintaining health through proper physical activity and a positive attitude. |
P. Senakhu Donald-Riddick has been studying herbology and naturopathic medicine and iridology at the School of Natural Medicine in Boulder Colorado. She is currently licensed in hand and foot reflexology and Raindrop therapy practices. Senakhu is also the co-creator of SNAPP thru Health, Sister Nubians Accessing Personal Power through health; an online health support group, and Sister Nubians on Wheels, a bicycle riding group in Denver.
